The reason major movie productions are so expensive is that they are made by committees and run through "risk management" processes, ostensibly to maximize profits, which means more resources, labor and equipment is used, especially when the inevitable iterative rewrites, reshoots and "fix it in post" iterations happen, inducing further budget inflation. Movies were always a product of a studio system, but whereas in the past there still was a singular or at least a hierarchical team behind producing them, today it is all done by a flat corporate committee that is averse to taking creative risks, which is why most movies today are also rarely polarizing and are on average a middling, forgettable, bland porridge of banalities.

its actually because tax and corporate law allow them to make money on the production and it doesnt matter if anyone watches it.
>you need these 8 pointless people on set
>one of the board members brothers runs a staffing agency that would be happy to provide them for you.
>we need bigger cgi
>no you cant do it in house
>use this jeeted production company owned by the same people who own half the studio
>we need to make it look like we spent a billion dollars on 8 hours of tv even though it looks like shit
>the executive producers wife runs an accounting firm that knows how to do that.
and if that wasnt bad enough, they actually prefer commercial failure because then they dont have to pay back the loans or reinvest to continue a project without all the slush money that new projects get.
it should be illegal.

its semantics. he said they were dated because they went on dates. she says they didnt because the dates were really just escorts arranged by their PR people and they were never really a couple.
did she fuck him? probably. suck his cock? definitely. but for many people that doesnt mean they were dating

Yeah, look at her dating history
She has always gone for Chads
Particularly dark, tall and handsome types, mostly Europeans
Moby the midget numale American is the opposite of what kind of man she's always gone for

Anyway here is Moby getting electrocuted and falling down and no one caring about it
