She's just retarded, like all pop sluts are, and has a horrible PR team, but she's also made a lot of enemies over the years. Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and Rihanna in particular all had feuds of varying degrees with her. Those are some pretty big names that you don't want as enemies, and a lot of bad PR is exacerbated by rival organizations giving money to news outlets and influencers in the pop world.
