Note that due to average menarche ages dropping by about 4 years or so, it happens about 4 years earlier than in the past. "Grooming" could be seen as a reproductive strategy by males - be super nice to a younger girl and when she's older and fertile she might repay you. So parents need to look out for their kids. Also I have sympathy for anyone with abnormal desires like I would any person or creature.
