ive never seen it i collected garbage pail kids thought they were really cool. hard to make complete set had so many doubles. never saw the movie and desu i don't really remember it existing at the time, something i found out about many years later probably after the internet

the idea of gross midget monsters showing up and helping some dorky teen is fine. The rest of the plot is stupid. The girl in it was cute I guess...but the entire fashion show stuff was dumb, the bully stuff was dumb.
