>Lucky Strike follows one soldier who is trapped behind enemy lines during the last major German offensive of WWII, The Battle of the Bulge. Armed only with his Motorola SCR-300 radio, a new technology only battle-ready near the end of the war, he must use his wits and spycraft to thwart the advancing Nazi Panzer army and find his way back home.

Jews are losing the zeitgeist, they gotta refresh their victim brand.

As opposed to just getting captured and being freed 4 months later

Should have went with the StarTAC. Would like to see a new modern WW2 movie, but I dont know if Eastwood has gotten better at acting.

>kino with Scott Eastwood
Provided you accept that "kino" is synonymous with "shit" and users of the word "kino" are giant bugchasing faggots anyway. Which I certainly fucking do.

They could stop making these and nobody would care because there's already a virtually infinite amount to watch. aside from the scheming jews, they'd cry.

US POWs in Germany had a 1% chance of dying. It's not like he'd be sent into a jungle camp by the Japanese.

How could they possibly be sure of that? If there are men with guns who are your enemy, you don’t hope for their mercy, you evade them, you fucking lemming.

buddy, what happened at the end of the war
maybe read about the conditions at stalag3 in the last few months
I'm sure it was totally chill when they crammed 10x the people into a frozen shithole and then force marched them unprepared to try to avoid liberation

Allied pilots getting shot down over Germany would try and land as close to Luftwaffe bases as possible because they knew they would be treated fairly well.

There are dozens of accounts of pilots being given a pint of beer, and being allowed to watch Me-262s take off from the flight line, while in captivity.

The treatment of allied PoWs in German hands was well known during the war. Allied GIs were told to avoid German civilians and instead make their way and surrender to German patrols because they had less chance of being killed by a German squad then a German farmer

There’s an entire different culture between airmen and infantry. They LARP’d as knights in WW1 and would even throw wreathes behind enemy lines to honor fallen opponents.
I just feel like you’re purposely being retarded because the narrative has to be that nazis we’re heckin chungus gud bois when it’s more logical than not to flee from an enemy army.

There were executions of surrendering units during the battle of the bulge. Whenever you're conducting an offensive operation like that you really can't stop to take prisoners. The USA and British did it during Normandy, the germans did it during the battle of the bulge. It isn't totally unrealistic someone behind enemy lines would be worried about being executed if captured

>I just feel like you’re purposely being retarded
You can just read history books and memoirs written from PoWs

No thanks

Making a WW2 movie in 2026 just comes off as tone-deaf propaganda. The US now is not the same as the US then. The US was trending up back then, now it's a shithole run by pedo cannibals.
>>

>There’s an entire different culture between airmen and infantry
Also consider that most pilots were commissioned officers, and there was an enormous disparity in treatment for enlisted men and officers on both sides.

I believe it's Captain Robert Graves' memoir of his service on the Western Front which notes an instance of a British NCO murdering several German surrenders with a grenade
As I recall, the narrator in All Quiet On The Western Front notes that new soldiers are told to throw away their spiral bayonets, because it's known that British and French soldiers will kill anybody captured with one, due to the grievous injuries it caused

I can no longer enjoy this type of war movie, now that Americans are officially the bad guys in the real world. Puts everything in perspective.
