The cartoon dubs themselves are great and done by passionate people that did it not because they would earn a lot of money but because they liked acting/theater and dubbing good cartoons for the young people.And they also always lowered the official voice audio when it was heard and increased the background sounds when it wasn't. It basically wasn't noticable at all.
