>>219802562Tapes weren't compressed. So the quality was good. VHSrips are the best medium to watch movies. Everything is better. The low res makes the entire movie go together. Sets look real. Colours are right, not washed out or homosexual. Backgrounds are world. A big TV is better regardless the res. Games used to be advertised on cinema screens and they looked fantastic.

One of the first flicks I downloaded was the godfather but it was split in two files from the vhs having two tapes. I was not aware of this and accidentally watched the second part first and was horribly confused. To this day I think it's one of the worst movies ever and refuse to watch it again.
