Everyone became chuunin somehow, no one died, villages became friendly and safe places, fromtthat point on the enemy was always external (aka Akatsuki), the kids didn't have any struggles coming from the system. Naruto could do anything he wanted with Sasuke, while there should have been constant attempts at assassinating him and securing the last pair of sharingan by the village

Nardo, which was already kind of shitty, really turned shitty incredibly fast in Part II. If Kishimoto was smart, he would have left the ending of "Naruto" at Part I and then continued the story of the world from another perspective, like it could even be similar plot beats, but to continue it as the story of Nardo being a whiny bitch and his homolust for Sauce while nothing happens for 25 volumes just sucks.
