Need help trying to remember movie I saw as a kid. It's either an 80s or early 90s cheesy action movie, and features a boat chase with a tacticool jet black gun boat and some other high speed boats chasing each other, movie might have been shot on the Colorado river because I remember the river banks and background being the desert like California/Nevada location
