Why was it so important to specify that the Sea Bass was Chilean? Is sea bass caught off the shore of Chile superior to sea bass caught in the Atlantic, or the Bering Strait, for example?

If I went to Jurassic Park I think I’d want to be served dinosaur in the restaurant, not fucking fish. Keep some of the smaller dinos penned in as livestock and slaughter them to make steaks, sausages and burgers out of.
