Since I hit 30 I can't do more than 2 drinks, I get hungover immediately and have a hangover for a day+. Cheap wine kills me and when i binge drink, I get week long withdrawals. I heard it's called kindling, it's not even worth it anymore nor is it worth the cost financially. And the recovery takes me off task, off work and socializing. Last withdrawal took a whole 5 days with a ton of sleeping and I had chest pains.
