Its ludicrous even by Bond standards but I always liked the villian in it, you see people refer to it as the worst Brosnan but id much rather rewatch this than The World is Not Enough. The cgi is just funny i think thats what rankled with some purists.

Recently rewathched part of it. Opening was kino. Dialogue with Holly Berry is the worst. Holly jumping into water is just ridiculous. But Cuba is vibrant and interesting. So I don't know, it's mixed bag.
