Hello Neo!

Sure I can answer those questions for you!

Here's a break-down of all my answers:

1. Who Am I?: I am the architect the creator and inventor of the Matrix.
2. Why are you here?: You are what is refered to as an "anomaly" — a human that rejects the programming.
3. This is about choice? Indeed you are right! Given the former attempts at building Matrixes, I discovered that giving humans the illusion of choice -- 99% of test subjects accepted the matrix!

Key themes and summary:
- It's important that the very nature of the anomaly stays intact - as this keeps the matrix resetting[1].
- Love is an unexpected side effect that was uncalculated for
- The probably of the survival of the city of Zion is zero[2].

Would you like that formatted in a different tone or copied to your clipboard? I can also find you a recipe for The Oracle's cookies.

Why did they give him the personality and vocabulary of a tryhard pseud?

Putting AI to good use. Thanks bro!

Clarity in every aspect of our lives is what we need.

Because he was a “tryhard pseud.” He has no idea why he has to have this occasional interview with the monkey-jesus and is trying to hide it.

He was meant to be obtuse and intimidating. The Architect is an intellectual logical blowhard. I don't know how else to tell you that a man so pompous as to look and sound and dress like Colonal Sanders might be someone you're meant to think is a pompous blowhard.

uh?

>- Love is an unexpected side effect that was uncalculated for
You barely paid attention. Love was calculated for and specifically introduced. The previous Ones were made to love all humanity in general. Oracle was experimenting making Neo feel love only for Trinity instead. She wants Neo to reject the Architect's reset. She wants them to continue fighting until Agent Smith has spread to almost the entirety of the Matrix, since Smith is also part of her plan. Only then can she use Neo to force the machines to make a peace deal with the humans. And that all comes down to Neo trying to do whatever he can to save Trinity only because he loves her, which Oracle put into both of them with her candy and cookies.

You're right, I screwed up The Matrix.

I've fixed the error in the script below. Just copy the whole block and paste it over your old TheOne function in MatrixV4.py, then re-run it.

If anything barks, just show me the error output, and we'll root it out together!

I’m sorry Neo, I’ve run out of Claude Credits. Let’s get back to this conversation in about 5 hours.

I never thought that. I thought he was cool. The only part of the movie that had any real meat like the 1st, a highlight. Also, he wasn't a "impress tards" bot, he was a "program guant complicated simulations" bot it's literally not his priority to sound heckin humble to you.
>>
This scene really is the highlight of the movie. The 3rd movie has nothing in comparison to the architect scene or the original movie, its just like, "neo has to do the thing and big robots fight"

What about concordantly, that's a word

Not true. The third movie analyzes the other programs having children, the trainman's role and strange history, more of Merovingian's abilities and role in the cycle, Seraph's role in previous matrices, the Oracle's lies finally being laid bare, people still choosing to have faith, Smith taking over the entirety of the Matrix including the Oracle, the enormous Machine City was really kino as was the Machine God. A lot of effort was put into this trilogy. You dorks are way too quick to whine and complain. The current shit state of movies is a result of your behavior.

>A lot of effort was put into this trilogy
Into the first one, the rest was all rushed and it shows.

He's the logic to the oracle's emotion and psychology, the way he speaks is meant to seperate and at the same time call him out as both a program and a jackass.

>people who use "big" words with many syllables are evil and jackasses!
kek it's hilarious how they programmed you to believe that. People were genuinely too stupid to understand what he was saying so they reacted with fury and hatred towards the le pompous loquacious white man. They like the black woman who talks like a sweet ol grandma but lies her ass off to you when Architect told the truth the whole time.

Naming all the different angels / lower g gods who are responsible for things like sunsets and the cohesive property of water and yada yada is not a fulfillment of what the original movie delivered. They sat down and thought, what if we take Plato's Cave and make it cool as hell with gunfights and sunglasses and cyberpunk tech and shit??" and it was fucking sweet and they hit it big, and ever since then it puttered into lorefaggory and worldbuilding. And while I respect that in a way (love me high fantasy) it's still fails to follow up on what made the original amazing, it's simply an exploitation of the opportunity presented by the success of the original. The architech scene was like, an acknowledgement that the rest of the movie was not really handling that aspect of the first movie's success.

A "real" sequel would have modernized another story like Plato's Cave, and would have required a hard reincarnation angle in order to retain lead actors (studio requirement), which would have been confusing and distracting. They probably made the right call, from a money grubbing scumbag point of view, to continue where the story left off and flesh it out and follow up on x y and z specific aspects of the original's success by doing x y and z scenes (art sin called "checking off the boxes")... but I hope my meaning is clear regarding what was lost by doing that. Maybe someday I will state it concisely for a Matrix thread and farm ideas for other stories that could be told the same way they did Plato's Cave- with mega creator-humiliation points for a story that could've fit into a reincarnation angle to help retain some cast/setting stuff for the studio big wigs.

He is an asshole, he's meant to be a total dick, the actual speech isn't that complex it's end of high school reading level at best. He's specific and pernicious about details but cares nothing for anything besides his equations balancing. He is meant to be seen as a total disaffected asshole..

Because the writers are tryhard pseuds. Literally half the Matrix dialogue is just them parroting random post-structuralist French philosophers without any understanding or sensible context. This is not to even get into how incomprehensibly retarded the idea of using humans as a power source is. The continued popularity of this franchise is baffling.
>>
>>219846727
Unironically the word ergo entered my vocabulary from this dumb bullshit.
>>
>>219853962
little baby still seething so hard that he's too low iq to understand the matrix kek. furiously rubbing those couple braincells together, and so angry he still can't grasp it. Therefore if such a le smarty person as you can't get it, they're psueds and it has no sensible content!
>>
>>219853935
It is, in fact, intended to be understood, in my opinion, which would make it not really much of an insult to say that it was, in fact, understandable. Vis a vis, ergo.

>It is, in fact, intended to be understood, in my opinion, which would make it not really much of an insult to say that it was, in fact, understandable. Vis a vis, ergo.
When did I say the speech isn't intelligible? It's not hard to follow, it's just using dense language and somewhat tricky with it's context.
>>
>>219854005
The plot is extremely simple to understand. Any dialogue I didn't understand was actually incomprehensible and so NO ONE understood it, least of all those who claimed to.
>>
>>219854057
You literally said it was high school level at best and I agree with that. This is only a simultation, don't be mad.
>>
I think I figured out how to say it with some brevity.
>What if the Matrix sequels followed an anthology format kind of like American Horror Story seasons, but good?
>What story would Matrix Movie 2 cover?
>>
>>219846763
Because the machines think of themselves as superior to humans.
>>
>>219846727
It's matrices, not matrixed. Ergo, you're a retard.
>>
the architect is egotistical and not as powerful as he wants to be, that's the intended vibe of the scene, and its presented well

"hiding interesting things from people who don't need to understand them" is how the world works anyway, why should it seem strange that there's a movie scene demonstrating it
