I just watched the movie two days ago and was kinda confused, it seemed like alot of stuff happened off screen and then gets mentionend later without being shown or setup beforehand. like the revelation that his wife was cheating, pretty sure that was never even hinted at before the main character accuses her of it. or that alot of people know about the four friends constantly drinking, like the son says at some point that Druk drinks all the time, but he only says that after Druk had the big binge and lay passed out infront of the neighbours house. but maybe that was the point? lack of self awarness by the main characters?

plus the scene at the beginning with the kids, it's all just filmed so contemptuously.
