What Columbine doc is worth watching?
>>
The one where they listened to what they had to say

This defined American culture, in many ways it was a 9/11 before 9/11 itself. A microcosm for what's to come. A turning point for the Godless empire. It was THE catalyst. And America would never be the same.
>>
Columbine tapes when?
>>
>>219897050
Watch the Gus Van Sant movie Elephant to get a feeling of what it must've been like for the students.

I thought it was Danny Boyle

these two fucked each others butts didn't they?

>it was a regional thing
I actually did go to Jeffco public schools in CO (where columbine happened) and the only lessons the administration incorporated was to be massive controlling faggots. I got suspended in middle school for doing finger guns at a friend.

The one with the basement tapes.

Feds own copies but those are never being released.

they could have been loaded with finger-bullets, anon

I feel like it's weird being so interested in it. If you want to watch 1 documentary fine, watching a bunch of them and talking about your favourite is weird. At least with Amanda Knox stuff you have something to cum to, no idea what people get from caring about this. They were kids who were bullied and then shot up a school, what's interesting? That they played Doom?
>>
>>219897184
I disagree. It's a great movie but there is an uncanny valley effect throughout it, especially during the shooting. Really effective cinematically but it doesn't really capture the chaos and urgency that something like Columbine caused.
>>
Basement tapes don’t exist
>>
>>219897370
Agreed, and that suppression is a crime that can never be forgiven and should never be forgotten, like the Waco front door.

Duck! The Carbine High Massacre

Gentle reminder: the "losers and nerds" of the Columbine era would be the turbo chads of today's wimpy narcissistic Gen Z era. If these two were born later and started a grifting youtube + streaming channel, they would not need to kill people to get infamous.

You know, we've had multiple shooters who thought they could unite with a cartoon character in the afterlife. I wonder if there are net-savvy demons who are spurring these guys on.
>>
>>219897050
What are you looking for? Some fat, old chick in a dark room saying she went to math class with Chris and he always seemed "off." Woaaaah this documentary is insane bro

>This defined American culture
It's weird because Sandy Hook and that Vegas shooting were way worse, but Columbine seems to have become almost mythologised. Is it simply because these two guys agreed to go on a shooting spree together?
>>
>>219900313
I'm not sure. It's not like it was the first school shooting, but it seemed like it was one of the first of this scale. Then there was the moral panic that followed with Marilyn Manson, guns, and video games.
>>
>>219897123
I remember we had a water gun fight scheduled for school the week before this happened. It was cancelled and we played hackeysack with waterballoons instead. Fuck these fedora tipping faggots.
>>
>>219897050
I hate that stupid face on the left, want to stomp his stupid faggot jaw into the ground
>>
>>219897341
he went straight to hell and didnt even get raped. he got his hands chopped off and cant do anything. not draw, not jack off, nothing
>>
>>219897050
Dude on the left definitely would have trooned out if he were alive today.
>>
>>219897050
Eric and Dylan were retarded faggots. Why shoot up the school two weeks before graduating? Just wait it out and never see any of those people ever again. They didn't even shoot anyone who bullied them, just random kids. These guys were dweebs who got mythologized because the media made them out to be cunning killers.
>>
>>219899077
There are, they're called FBI agents.
>>
>>219897050
Americans are hilarious
>>
>>219900313
Part of it was definitely that the two of them were into literally every subculture that American parents were suspicious of
>>
>>219900313
I think it's because of all the lore behind it and the raw 90s energy it had

The story of your life.
>>
I'm not an edgelord at all but columbine is legitimately extremely interesting
especially when you consider just how much it was a warning for what's to come. So many zoomers nowadays are sociopaths. Literally millions of people nowadays below the age of 25 spend all day watching gore, grooming kids into sending nudes and self harming, and interacting with other degenerates. Too many kids nowadays relate to or empathize in eric and dylan in some way
>>219897123
This. Eric and dylan knew they'd be influential, but I don't think they realized just how crazy future generations would be.
>>
Could’ve sworn this thread had been archived. Did a Jannie revive it?
>>
>>219898358
Yeah that's probably the only worthwhile school shooting movie.
>>
>>219897050
Probably nothing made past 2007.

Dylan and Eric were trendsetters. I'm being completely unironic when I say this, they had the aesthetic, the fashion, the tapes and manifesto, almost every other School/Mass Shooter is cribbing off their style.
There was one Mass Shooter who was almost entirely copying their manifesto word for word and other Shooters attempt to dress like them from time to time. These assholes were the blueprint for every self-victimizing dickhead after them. They effectively created a subgenre of murderers

To Catch a Predator made it out to be that your average groomer was middle aged fat gross retard when the average groomer is probably another teenager, maybe someone just somewhat older than their victim and today we get to see the consequence of children getting one-shot from other children or young 20-something year olds with hard to research pasts
