easy rider is a masterpiece
last movie is "good" and is a pretty nice followup, it just has a lot of crust and warts on it. dennis got a bit too lost in the sauce
>>219924335
>>219924977
he was an incredibly interesting guy now just by younger people for his wacky late roles, but he had an incredibly interesting life. he was a huge artfag and i think that part goes overlooked. some of his weirder works like his short movies show that he could've just been an avant-garde filmmaker without the acting part
also bruce connor was a friend of hopper's and he's also pretty good. wish he made a feature film, but his short films are cool and i see why dennis liked him. toni basil's in one of them, so it's easy to see how she ended up in easy rider

its a made up drug that makes you go full MOMMY mode, real hard shit.

>>219933251
"David Lynch initially envisioned Frank inhaling helium to create a high-pitched, bizarre voice, but shifted to amyl nitrite to avoid the audience laughing, preferring a more terrifying, sexualized, and unpredictable effect."
