There were some good scenes in this film, but it suffered from the tendency to excess that Jackson developed during ROTK. In the original Kong, it takes them about 20 minutes to reach Skull Island, and Kong makes his appearance not long after. In Jackson's Kong it takes them an hour to get there.

Or in an unthemed area in (the now shut-down Spider-man) in Universal Studios Japan.
