Season 1 of Geass is stupid as fuck, but very fun slop. The Rollerblading Mecha and tactics stuff were great as well.Season 2 is utter shit. Weaponry in S1 is a bit more grounded, ground based mecha, modern jets, and tanks etc. In season 2 everything is super anime-fied, all the mech can fly, jets and tanks nowhere to be seen, no real tactics anymore.Also the story is stupid as fuck dumbshit in S2 that makes no sense, tonnes of plotlines and build up from S1 are just forgotten about, like Sasuke's background, or anything interesting about CC, Geass or the Emperor.Lelouche's plan is also retarded and makes no sense, like did WW2 end in world peace? Nope. Straight into the cold war and Korea. What makes Lelouche's plan even more retarded, is he could have just ushered in automated luxury space communism by ordering it with Geass, instead, he does some retarded shit where "if everyone works together against a common foe, all countries will unite and be friends forever", some literal 4 year old understanding of Geopol.
