>>219953942I'm an expert on this subject. First off, the food sucks. Used to be decent but it's gone downhill. Like, the waffles aren't even waffles any more, they're more like waffle shaped pancakes. But it's cheap, and all else, they have coffee. But what you have to do is find an area near you with a shit ton of bars. The more the better. Then you find out when they all close. Usually this will be around two in the morning, you'll have to check. Get there half an hour before the bars close, get the corner booth with a view of the rest of the restaurant, and settle in. Once the drunks roll in, the fun starts.
