It took me a while to get into the series, because of the whole fucking main cast refresh every other book, thing.But then you get to the third one and it pays off because now there's 35 main characters and you know them all fairly well. Memories of Ice is one of the better fantasy books I've read.Then I got to the fourth book and they introduced MORE people and now they're all weird non-human non-elf semi-orcs with stupid names and that's when I had to stop.
