They have traveled around the world to examine pen after pen, and are almost all out of hope by the time they get their 15th, a pen that could be a candidate out in Argentina. It turns into a thriller as they realize there is more to pen 15 than meets the eye and that they arent the only group that is interested in its mysteries.
