What do you guys think Quinn will do?
His character realistically wouldn't have a problem with what Dexter did, so hopefully they maintain that rather than have him be hunting Dexter down or something.
Will we eventually get the season where masuka finds out dexters secret?
They will retcon the terrible writing and go with the cringe theory that Quinn always knew Dexter was a serial killer. They'll come up with some bullshit to make you forget that this theory is made up and not based on the show. In the actual show they wrote Quinn as a clueless fool who is too stupid to understand sentences like ''hey, that Dexter guy kills people and I have video footage of it.'' Quinn literally did not comprehend anything. When Dexter killed Quinn's friend he just went ''oh cool, thanks Dexter for saving me from a false conviction'' and that was the end of it. Quinn didn't know anything, the writers ended it with Quinn thinking Dexter is a cool guy, almost as if Quinn himself thinks he killed the old PI and Dexter helped him get away with it.The writing was so bad in those last 3-4 seasons.

As far as Quinn is concerned Dexter killed Deb's murderer in revenge, a moment he shows he was willing to vouch for Dexter as well as admitting he wishes he was the one that did it, then in a moment of grief-stricken madness took his beloved sister's body and drove his boat into a storm killing himself.

I get Batista was pissed off about LaGuerta but I actually think him being so singularly obsessed with getting Dexter that he literally gets himself shot trying to strangle Dexter after Dexter saves him is out of character.While I'm complaining, at one point Batista says to Harrison that Dexter is responsible for the deaths of LaGuerta, Deb, and Rita, and that line just doesn't make any sense. LaGuerta sure, but even if Angel was 100% positive Dexter was the Bay Harbor Butcher, which at the point he says that to Harrison he can't be, Deb and Rita were both killed by separate serial killers who, as far as he knows, had zero connection to the Bay Harbor Butcher. He literally can't believe Dexter killed Rita personally because Rita died wile Dexter was being a witness to Batisa and LaGuerta's marriage, so he would have to somehow magically know Rita died because Dexter didn't kill Trinity when he first had the chance, something he never even suggests. Resurrection was better than New Blood but it is still filled with stupid shit and as bad as the original ending was neither convinced me the show "needed" more seasons. The problem with Dexter is that Doakes was the most entertaining part and they killed him way too early.Quinn fucking sucked.
