Yeah, they save, hold hands, sing, and dance happily with gentiles. Even before I was actually fully antiseptic I thought that was one of the most unbelievable things ever put to film. That movie and it's ant zombies sucked ass.

In the book, the first known case was in a small village in China. Israel was just one of the first nations to catch on despite Chinese censorship, and the reason given is because they have to be paranoid because everyone is out to get them for no discernible reason. They're just good boys who want to wear small hats and mind their own business.
