Now that the dust has settled and all three are dead forever, which was the best, and which was the worst?
Stargate is such a "my parents left with me with my grandparents" franchise.
Only 2 of these really happened.
>>220063179Trek has the most fleshed out lore. Wars had the biggest potential for growth. Gate was the weakest of the three.
>>220063179I would never mention Stargate amongst the other two, that's how low it is on the list.
>>220063395This.Wars for fun.Trek for thinking.
>>220063179Stargate hasn't been completely raped like the other two
>>220064248Don't worry. New episodes are coming soon.
>>220064275Yeah that's what I'm afraid of
>>220063395I think it's still solidly third in terms of space shows.
>>220064683
If we count the best, yes gate is third. If we count the total output, with all the shit made in the 2010 gate might be considered on top.Of course with the new series deal it will probably be shat into third position again
>>220063179Stargate was cheap, but pretty good, I liked watching it after school. Made me into a P90 supremacist. SG1, at least, didn't watch much of Atlantis or newer one. Star Trek I am not very familiar with, but from what I seen it pushes rather pozzed politics. But it's maybe more serious than others in tone, not sure. Star Wars I never really cared for that much besides watching films as a kid/teen in 2000's. I like Tortanic video game (despite it being a shitty mmo) because I think class stories in it explore concept of space wizards better than films and in general there is a lot of potential there, but films themselves don't interest me and don't do it well. Neither the Georgeslop and certainly not Mouseslop.
