Because it’s hard to make something funny when the studio is forcing you to include unfunny writers, actors, etc., to meet DEI quotas. It’s hard to be funny when you’re limited and suppressed for PC reasons. It’s impossible to be funny in modern day Hollywood, or at least it’s impossible to make a feature length comedy film.
