Still the most kino setting location in all television and film
>>

Based but Chicago is bigger and better
>>
>>220106189
It’s rural for me. Montana, Missouri, Nebraska and so on. I don’t mind Nevada and the other sandy states but I like a little greenery. For cities, I like 70’s to 90’s LA, San Francisco and Chicago. Post 2000’s I like NYC and Philly the most. I also like seeing suburbs either 50’s style or 70/80’s like Haddonfield but I don’t actually know what places the ‘stereotypical’ ones are modelled on.
>>
Does this city have any redeeming qualities?

Its got worse ghettos than Chicago and no charming allure like NYC.

Ruined by downtown interstates. Hate to see it.

LA is the most kino
>>

As a Canadian who has traveled American national parks I can confirm that Montana is extremely based. Bought a really cool purple switchblade in a tourist shop. Kept that shit in my pocket all the time. You can't get knifes like that in Canada.
>>
>>220106484
I went there for the first time a few months ago and all I could think of is that it's just NYC with the shittiness dialed up 1000%

LA is a shell of its former self. Its basically been overrun by third world migrants and homeless while the film and music industry there has significantly downsized
>>
>>220106484
No.
I live there. It's a dump
>>
>>220107402
What about the liberty bell? or the museum of art?
>>
>>220106189
Hell yeah
>>220106484
It's like a cheaper NYC that isn't full, has nature instead
>>
>>220106484
No. don't move here carpetbagger
>>
>>220106189
Rocky is still the best city movie ever. It completely embodies and represents this. Anyway new Philly is leaps and bounds better than even 30 years ago Philly.

>>220106484
If you want to go to American Krakow just for fun then go here.
>>
I was thinking of moving to Philly. I'm a thoosie and the number of parks you can drive to from there is incredible.

Say what you want about crime rates. But Chicago is still the second city.
>>
>>220107767
The north side of Chicago is almost entirely white. But this doesn't interest the alt-right blogosphere, because these whites are almost entirely liberal.
>>
>>220107767
Are we sure it's not the first? New York seems incompetent in so many ways. Like NYC just puts their trash on the sidewalks while Chicago wisely puts theirs in back allies.
>>
>>220107806
Not true, it's closer to 1/3. Does it matter though? Most people's opinions on politics are retarded regardless of party.
>>
>>220106189
All I know about Philadelphia is that it isn’t NYC, their sports fans are the worst, and it was founded by a bunch of quakers or some shit and Benjamin Franklin lived there. Also flights to London Heathrow.

Philadelphia?! Are you retarded, Nigger? That place is an absolute shithole, no matter what side of the city. Fucking LMAO

t. Lived there for work for two years straight a decade ago and hated every second of it.
>>
>>220106484
I tried to find parking in Southside philly to meet a friend. That was a nightmare. Niggas just be parking in the turn lane in the middle of the street, it's so bad.
>>
>>220107885
True. It is as if people assume they are informed enough to make an informed decision, when in fact they are completely rearted.
>>
>>220107843
I'm sure New York would do that too if they had back alleys.

Also Chicago has so much trash in their back alleys they're literally covered with disease-spreading rats.
>>
>>220107885
Too many fuckwits think that supporting one party over another party is the same as having actual beliefs. Most of these troglodytes literally treat it like another form of sports.
>>
>>220107995
youre right on the money i couldnt have said it better
>>
>>220107675
>Anyway new Philly is leaps and bounds better than even 30 years ago Philly.
SEPTA still needs more money.
>>
>>220107987
That's just it. Chicago built alleys and New York didn't, and New York has to live with the consequences of that daily (trash is put on the same sidewalks people walk on).
>>
>>220107767
the citiest of cities
I want to live there the least, but it is kino

Living there is really fun... for half the year.
>>

The open grid made it feel like the government owned me. I'm from philly, our neighborhoods are delineated by old indian trails and living rock. Named after bad memories from 300 years ago. It feels a little more organic, (soulful?) in Chicago it was like everything has its price.
>>
>>220107493
good luck getting through all the junkies and apes to get to them.
>>
>>220110458
Haven’t been to Philly and Chicago’s the only big city I’ve lived in so I can’t comment. Is Philly nice?

How does the infrastructure handle such high heat and extreme cold?
>>

They really screwed up their skyline. It was much better before they put these huge new ugly buildings in
>>
>>220116715
I love the idea of LA, but I'm afraid it's too ruined on the ground. What are the three best neighborhoods?
>>

Sillybelphia

I'm from Toronto and I find it disturbing how all these famous American cities have these tiny downtowns it looks like you could walk across in 20 minutes. Toronto is like Coruscant compared to this. When I was in Georgia it freaked me out how if I got lost in thought for a minute and walked a little too far I wasn't in the city anymore
>>
>>220119600
*Atlanta, that is
>>
>>220119600
Oh please. Canadian skylines are third rate compared to American ones. Atlanta is bigger than anywhere except Toronto.
