And old comedy and semi-comedy like Magnum PI has that. Just the other day I saw an episode, and what was great about it is the great care and fun the director had with the closing sequence of the episode. Magnum was wheeling Higgins and the black dude out of the Hospital, and during the long explanation that wrapped up the episode, the director put in a bunch of neat and endearing visual gags. It wasn't realistic or true. It was the director signalling to you that it's the end of the show, and we're feeling like we could use some fun!And it's that positive care and attention that you should focus on via , mostly, old comedic filmmaking.
