I was going to say the first movie sucked since it was obvious low-budget shit shot in the suburbs and replaced Orko with a dwarf in a rubber costume, but then I remembered the source cartoon was also super low budget that constantly recycled its already shoddy animation, so any adaptation is a polished turd. Amazon/MGM's CGI has looked real bad for years now, but its the exact treatment this IP deserves
