Go outside. Walk around, talk to people.

real answer: likely a case of choice paralysis
this is very common among those who steal/pirate their stuff, after filling your drive with terabytes of stuff all of it feels worthless and starting one means that you are probably wasting time because you could enjoy something better instead
how to heal: consider actually purchasing your films, also realise that nobody will ever give you a medal for watching 10k movies or playing a lot of games (not to mention how one lifetime won't be enough for that, since in a year there are tens of thousands of movies getting released), ultimately your life doesn't revolve around movies alone so rather than treating them as disposable trash you should try to be more selective, your taste obviously goes well beyond "watching anything" so that would already cut away a good chunk of stuff you will never watch, it's like a reverse problem: instead of deciding what to watch you should first decide what you are not going to watch

I had the same problem today. Went for a long walk and got a workout in. Now I'm watching based 90s action films. Currently: Judge Dredd
