I only watch select episodes of Boston Blue.

I tried it out, it was awful.

I watched a few episodes in season 1 when it first came out because I was expecting Jack Reacher if procedural which was right up my alley but the early s1 episodes I watched were garbage, the writing was shit and the pacing, especially how episodes ended, felt half baked and rushed.

Fast track to a few months ago my co worker kept telling me it got better, I was bored so gave it another chance because I really wanted to watch a procedural instead of the wave of streaming show slop that progresses so slowly because the whole season is shot like a long movie instead of something where episodes have their own contained story week by week.

Anyway, S1 got better as it progressed so I stuck with it and by the end of S2 the show had fully grown on me. The writing improved, the stand out episodes were great, and I liked Colter, the token black guy with the dreads that provides Colter with IT, and Colter's brother when he pops up.
