I agree, that show wasn't for me. Too much of a serious drama and there was a lot of cultural elements, especially around the marriages, that didn't translate well. Who Rules the World - 1st half was great, 2nd half an awful mess - understandable if you read up on all the behind the scenes production problems, there will never be a 2nd season.
