Here's the QRD: Homelander is President, the boys launch a siege on the WH to stop him. Sister sage sided with the boys in the previous episode and Kimiko now has soldier boys radiation ray power because of Sage Hughie and Butcher were captured in the previous episode, they're in an underground supe-proof bunker being held prisoner by the Seven (Hughie also gets his teleporting powers back because Annie switched out the V1 he meant to give to her, and gives it to him instead) > Kimiko, MM, Starlight, Ryan and Sage (Frenchie got killed by Homelander by this point), manage to succeed in the siege but Homelander already took V1 so they're fucked. Kimiko unleashes the radiation, but its actually more powerful than Soldier Boys. It depowers literally everyone in the room and it becomes a smackdown brawl like the one with the girls and stormfront in S3 > MM manages to free Butcher and Hughie from the bunker which was guarded by The Deep. The Deep gets killed by MM. Homelander kills Ryan and Butcher goes ape-shit and kills almost everyone except starlight and Hughie. Soldier boy dies trying to save Ryan. Kessler fully takes over and the final fight is between Hughie and Butcher. . Hughie and Starlight get a bittersweet ending trying to rebuild the world from the havoc the supes cause. Post-credit setup for Vought Rising and The Boys: Mexico It honestly felt like this season was made solely to market the upcoming projects.
