The idea that death is another life outside of the concept of religion really resonated hard with me. I just wish it didn't coincide with a dark period in my life so the thoughts of suicide weren't so intertwined. I can't think about it normally anymore.

It wont work when you are falling asleep, only in the morning after the majority of sleeping.If you dont remember your dreams, you sleep not enough. 6 hour sleep nights wont work for lucid dreaming, you have to sleep longer. I would say the timeframe of 6 to 8 hours is the best time to go lucid.I stopped lucid dreaming because its pointless.
