Cartoons in the 90s and even some from the 2000s looks billions of times better than this and were working with similar constraints. Even anime being made today looks marginally better than western trash being produced today. Western studios want the cheapest and quickest methods available, that is true, but western animators also fail to understand the fundamentals such as timing and spacing, and squash and stretch. They don't understand industry-professional cheats like smear frames or focusing and they don't care. Everything looks either extremely choppy in terms of FPS or it looks like a hacky weightless Adobe tween.

All the money is being sent to the 20 different "producers" and executive producers on the show. More money doesn't matter. Better management and accounting matters. Tracking where every dollar goes. But of course they don't want that because it would reveal who is getting paid all the cash.
