Season 9 was hit and miss. It was a hodge-podge. One good episode, one bad episode, one good episode, one bad episode. All in all, it still had good, classic episodes in it, so it isn't a complete waste.

Set it up for the next 25+ years of running on fumes by making the city entirely flexible. Probably because he was the only one from Springfield.
