I like Margo better than Aleida but comparing them this season makes no sense, Margo had to be accountable to NASA and other higher ups whereas Aleida is at the head of a company that is the de facto holder of Mars, she is only accountable to shareholders (not relevant in the show) and Dev (too busy playing Simcity).
