>>220202780REMINDER, in most western countries you HAVE to give permission for euthanasia BEFORE the real dementia starts (why tf would anyone do that, idk either) because when you reach a certain point you're labeled "mentally unable" to make that decision for yourself and basically you cease to be a person with rights. Its pretty fast aswel, even when you can still communicate pretty lucidly but for example forget what day of the week it is you lose a lot of points on the test they use to determine if you're mentally able. If you're mentally unable and want to kill yourself (because the cancer is creeping up your spine and you've forgotten your name and every moment hurts) your entire family has to agree to it or you're not allowed to. XDMy wife works in elderly care. She had one terminally ill demented lady who's only sentence left was "I want to die". Thats all she could say, every day, every week, every month. She was kept alive for 2 (!!!) More years because her family didnt want to kill poor grandma. So she just sat in a corner of her room beggin the staff to kill her, so fun.>heh ill just starve/kill myself then, checkmate.Good luck when you're a frail bedbound elderly person surrounded by nurses and modern medicine.Sign your euthanasia permits anons, i'm serious.
