Crucially, Marika shared a single body with her male counterpart, Radagon, who represented her unwavering loyalty to the Greater Will even as she began to doubt her own creation. Following the assassination of her son Godwyn, Marika finally rebelled by shattering the Elden Ring, an act of divine "trespass" that led to her eternal imprisonment within the Erdtree, where she awaited the return of the Tarnished to finish her plan of slaying the gods.

>>220213648Why even have the Radagon/Marika be a thing then?I'm not sure what the narrative and/or thematic purpose was of having them be "the same person". iirc Radagon has some lore of his own with the red hair (giant curse) and Renalla and all that, and Marika has her own shit going on and then the game just casually mentions they're the same person like in a basically obscure reveal.So what is the point of that at all
