This tv show sucks compared to Breaking Bad.
>>220231049it has its moments but nothing in betweenweak antagonistsoverall, you're correct
>>220231049>compare slow lawyer drama with old man documentary contained within, to borderline cartoon drugdealing action comedy show>because there are characters featured in bothwhat are your opinions on mickey's christmas carol vs. kingdom hearts re: coded?
It mixed greatly the best qualities of both Mad Men and Breaking Bad, so it's superior to both by default.
>>220231079>compare slow lawyer drama with old man documentary contained within, to borderline cartoon drugdealing action comedy showBCS is both of these things. Did you forget about the Psychic Ninjaman part?
the problem with prequels is you know who's not going to die.Oh he got into a dangerous situation? So what in a few years he's gonna be hanging out with Walter. Nothing can kill him.
>>220231049BCS has a few scenes that are better than anything in Breaking Bad but at the same time it also has WAY more filler scenes / episodes in addition to plotlines that never go anywhere. Overall Breaking Bad is still a lot more watchable for that fact.
>>220231121so watch the prequel first, stupid.do you pre-heat the oven after you've already cooked your food, too?
>>220231115u got trolled bitch
>>220231237BCS is a sequel.
>>220231121You knew that a few characters wouldn't die but not most of them.Arguably Lalo's death makes Saul's reference to him in Breaking Bad a bit contradictory.
>>220231278only a handful of people even remembered that he says the name 'lalo' in BB at all
>>220231278Saul never knew for sure that Lalo was dead. Lalo cheated death once.
>>220231310Yeah but that's stupid. There's no reason that Mike wouldn't tell him that, especially since he was already willing to tell him even when it was unconfirmed.
I actually like it better than Breaking Bad. Feels more grounded and not a power fantasy
>>220231310https://youtu.be/VyWlM8joiTI?t=52if this exchange is supposed to plausibly convey that saul never knew for sure, they did a terrible job of it
>>220231551I think they did the best they could. But really if Mike actually wanted to keep anyone from panicking (the only reason to reveal anything at all) then he shouldn't have left any room for doubt, he should've said:>He's dead, I buried him myself.
>>220231468>supersoldier old man>cartel ninjaThere's definitely some power fantasy in there.
was Chuck (formerly alive) a villain?
>>220231049>enjoying hours upon hours of family drama fillerBreaking Bad was based when it was based, but the family shit was zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
