If a movie has a high rating on these sites, does that automatically mean it's good? If it has a low rating, does that automatically mean it's shit?
>>220231676Metacritic is the gold standard because it's a weighted average.
>>220231676Not necessarily, for example a movie on imdb can have a rating in the low 5s or 6s, but if you look at the votes, it's a bunch of 1 and 10 stars indicating that it's very divisive. Depending on your taste, you may love it or hate it.
>>220231676IMDB is full of pajeets and normalfags, I'd never trust its ratings
I feel like in a lot of cases Rotten is useful, but just look at your favourite movies or even movies you liked (preferably something not too famous) and you should find something that has a rather low score.
>>220231676I'll watch>anything over 8.5>anything over 8 if its not obvious kike shit>anything over 7 if its a based genre>anything over 6 if i'm really interested in the topic or niche theme
>>220231676Good or Bad is subjective. Be your own subject, not others'. See the world with your own eyes.

The best stuff is in the 6.0-7.5 range.
