The post revolution stuff was fine but the whole time the only thing I could think about was how much better the show would be if they used that absolutely kino cast to make a show entirely about the revolution.

The British also cared far more about the West Indies than the NA colonies. So when slave revolts started to happen in Jamaica and the french put pressure on trade coming out of the west indies they would take soldiers away from the war to bolster barracks in the Caribbean.
