I fell behind on invincible after season1. i tried the first episode or two of season2 and it was full of so much insufferable adhoc therapy that I gave up. I'm giving it another shot now and just fast-forwarding through all the struggle sessions. however, I'm in season3 now and skipping more than half of each episode. is this just a waste of time or does it start paying off at some point?
