I mean, is he wrong?
TDKR is basically incomeptent. Like from the filmmaking perspective. It's like a workprint where they used only the first takes and hastily edited it all together, the acting is awkward, the dialogue is awkward, the editing is clunky and weird. The plot point with cops in the tunnels is moronic. Whole movie feels like Tommy Wiseau's The Room but with a 200 million budget for sets and special effects.
