Lost's flashbacks were becoming redundant by the second season, but having these people behave like retards all the time is so much worse. "What should we do next episode?" The premise is good, captivating even, if this was back in the late 2000s or early 2010s it could easily been a 23 episode season if they had decent writers; but these suckers struggle to make an 8 episode season work. Imagine if the writers of Lost decided that the island was just the beach camp, the Swan and cave, and there was no need to see or do anything else.
