The brain drain plot is also complete gibberish and there's no payoff for Riddler at the end. Two-face gets the fun 'toss a handful of quarters' bit.

Even when Batman is sliding around on ice-skates the film still respects Batman more than Burton did. Burton's films fundamentally changed Batman as a character and Bruce Wayne bears no resemblance to his comic counterpart.
