Watched for the first time today, didn’t expect it to be so good. I’m not much of a cowboy movie fan, this blew my mind
>>
NOOOOOO

The fact that this utter schlock came out a year after Unforgiven is just hilarious to me.

This is probably common knowledge, but I only recently learned that the gunfight at the OK Corral is one of the most depicted stories from the old west. Tombstone is obviously kino and it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s the best portrayal, but are any of these others worth watching?
>Law and Order (1932)
>Frontier Marshal (1939)
>Tombstone, the Town Too Tough to Die (1942)
>My Darling Clementine (1946)
>Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957)
>Hour of the Gun (1967)
>Doc (1971)
>Wyatt Earp (1994)
>Tombstone Rashomon (2017)

Few memorable scenes, great Val Kilmer perfomance, but the movie on whole is absolute trash

My Darling Clementine is kino.

This.

Wyatt Earp:
What makes a man like Ringo, Doc? What makes him do the things he does?

Doc Holliday:
A man like Ringo has got a great big hole, right in the middle of himself. And he can never kill enough, or steal enough, or inflict enough pain to ever fill it.

Wyatt Earp:
What does he want?

Doc Holliday:
Revenge.

Wyatt Earp:
For what?

Doc Holliday:
Bein' born.
