I'm a zoomer and so I'm totally unimpressed with their older stuff but the new album is at least interesting. I think it's 50% genius and 50% crap. Which is better than 100% meh IMO.

Season 1 was pretty fun, actually. Back when the show was a black comedy with almost Robocop-like fake commercials. I'm almost sure they kept it for the half of season 2 too. Then the tone changed into never-ending forced drama about retards ruining their own lives and never learning from their mistakes. They also ditched the funeral home wars, which was the only plot keeping the story together.
