I wonder if part of the reason for that is that you don't have to understand English to enjoy him.
I've loved Mr. Bean since I was quite young and although English is my first language I had a difficult time understanding British accents, so it's almost as if it was in a foreign language.

>Acts like a fool
>Thinks like a brilliant
Saaars can relate because they all seem retarded but if you ask them they are actually super geniuses
>>
>>220279661
That's what I've heard. Virtually no language barrier (and very little other cultural or intellectual barriers). It's probably the most internationally accessible comedies of all time.

He do the needful saar
>>
Indians love the British
>>
>>220279494
People nowadays know of Chaplin the same way they might know of someone like Bach, they'll have heard the name but that's it, nobody actually watches his films.
>>
He a brilliant
>>
>>220279407
He is part Pajeet.
>>
>>220280755
No, he's not.
>>
He's funny and liked by most people. A protector of western civilization and a free speech hero https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiqDZlAZygU
>>
Because slapstick comedy doesn't rely on language and you can sell it to any part of the world, including the *ahem* less sophisticated parts. Nice little earner for Atkinson. It damages his credibility at home, but I doubt he cares when he has that massive bank account.
>>
>>220279407
He put a V16 in a Rolls Royce.
>>
>>220280786
What's your explanation then
>>
>>220279475
Mr. Bean is izzat personified.
>>
>>220279407
Low iq

About his looks or his popularity in india?
>>
>>220282020
Yes
>>
>>220280849
Mr. Bean doesn't damage Rowan Atkinson's credibility at home, it and Blackadder made him a national institution.
>>
India has a lot of British influence because of...reasons
>>
He thinks like a brilliant
>>
the one man with 0 haters
>>
>>220279407
the humor can be understood by anyone around the world
>>
>>220282446
i'm not sure leftists like him very much
>>
>>220284233
Truly just this, theres almost no spoken dialouge, just this buffoonish man bumbling around. Its peak physical comedy and you don't really need to know English or anything about England to understand it
>>
>>220279407
Take the beanpill
