Frank also says to watch out for Sosa since he's untrustworthy and will betray Tony. Yet that never happens. The entire movie, Sosa was shown to be the most trustworthy person to Tony and the source of all his success and wealth. Things only turn sour when Tony himself betrays Sosa. So I feel really that should have been changed to Sosa turning on Tony somehow. Maybe Tony realized he didn't want that life anymore and decided to retire, then Sosa decides to sell him out to let a new guy take over Tony's empire or something. It would fit a bit better with the theme rather than having Tony betray his partners to not kill kids, then act surprised when they come after him
