Seasons 1 and 2 are worth watching at the very least, it is pre-censorship so the characters actually have depth to them with varying morals and different beliefs without being completely villainized. It also has one of the biggest budgets in TV history and has practical sets so it looks really good
Lost is kino. It still carries the dna of kino 90's tv shows like x files but with full commitment to an overarching story and massive budget. It's basically the last of its kind, there's never gonna be another show it like it.

>>220305094OP here, I still love the first five and think S6 is decent. S2 & S3 get lower than S4 because of the filler and the flashbacks start to get repetitive by then. S5 is great for the most part, but the beginning is so rushed and most of the new characters are ass.
i'll die on this hill alone, but the first part of s3 in the hydra island was one of my favorite arcs of the series, and I didn't like the rest of the season much desu

The general vague idea of it is good, concretely it's bad.In the age of remakes, I think this show is one of the few things that needs one.Fix the story, no more empty mystery. No flash any direction. You'd need new actors, make the characters really good. No smoke monster bullshit. Good mystery where everything makes sense and where things are revealed. Things like number stations, wires going into the ocean, hatch. There are many spooky tropes and things you could use.
